Whatsoever is in God's power, must (by the last Prop.) be comprehended in his essence in such a manner, that it necessarily follows therefrom, and therefore necessarily exists. Q.E.D.

Modern English

Whatever is in God's power must (E1P34) be so comprehended in his essence that it necessarily follows from that essence, and therefore it necessarily is. Q.E.D.
